This is the message which inspired Fosfantartiglio to implement in 1997 the Quality Management System according to std. ISO 9001. Thanks to this certification the company was able to face the need to systematize and formalize in a management system a serie of company processes that have to be managed through procedures, roles, tasks, goals to reach. With this organization the company grew, it became more strict in all its activities and this allows it to reach systematically product homogeneity and conformity to client specification.
From August 2021 the Company has also achieved the Quality certification for the "Automotive" market: IATF 16949. It is not a point of arrival but a necessary condition for a constant process of continuous improvement with particular attention to defect prevention, scrap reduction and supplying chain.
