Another coating from NOF METAL COATINGS GROUP available to our customers.

We are pleased to announce that it is available at FOSFANTARTIGLIO L.E.I. S.p.A. the water-based zinc-lamellar coating GEOMET® 720, a base-coat approved by many world car manufacturers especially for its excellent resistance to salt spray tests (up to 2000 hours according to ISO 9227).

FOSFANTARTIGLIO L.E.I. S.p.A. is the first Italian company to industrially apply this coating on a latest generation automatic system approved by NOF METAL COATINGS EUROPE.

After two years we share with satisfaction the success of the "Boss 42 Line" project for the application of the electrolytic zinc-nickel coating, black and colorless.

Over 30,000 tons of material have been coated, in compliance with the times and with the quality requirements requested by our customers.

Hereby the company Fosfantartiglio L.E.I. S.p.A. announces that it has recently changed his organizational structure and the managerial team that will be responsible for developing the recently revised corporate strategic plan.

The new organization was created in the sign of the continuous and strong presence of the current owner who today sees also representatives of the fourth generation appear in management positions (everything began in 1936 from an initiative of Comm. Ettore Grassi, then carried out and developed by Carlo Grassi with his daughter Loredana and his son Fabio).

In fact, next to the current Chairman and Director Mr. Fabio Grassi, also take office as Chief Executive Officers Mr. Marco Caminiti, who has been assigned the position of Technical-Commercial and Raw Material Purchase Director, Mr. Matteo Gullotta as Director of the Operational / Production Area and Dr. Fabio Moretti who will instead lead the Administrative / Financial sector.

We live in the "Automotive" market and obtaining the Quality Management System Certification according to IATF 16949: 2016 wants to be a further guarantee of professionalism and commitment to increasingly consider the customer's need as our own priority need.
It was a project that lasted a year and today we can say that we have an extra tool to examine our Management System with the aim of continuing to improve it and thus being able to better satisfy the expectations of a demanding market such as the "automotive" one ( CSR - Customer Specific Requirements).

Another step in the expansion process was made by the company
Over 5,000 square meters, adjacent to the current ones, have been acquired and will be ready to host the new production plants that the company will install shortly in order to consolidate the partnership with its customers.

The European General Product Safety Directive aims to ensure a high level of consumer safety when purchasing goods for sale in Europe. The Directive requires companies to ensure that items placed on the market are safe and to take corrective action when the contrary is found.
Against this directive, Fosfantartiglio has trained its Quality Manager (Mr. Alessandro De Matteis) at ANFIA and he has been entrusted with the role of "Product Compliance and Safety Manager" (PSCR) .
